Project study 01
The development comprises a G+7+Roof hotel with 112 keys, complemented by 15 private chalets, creating a diverse and immersive resort experience across approximately 14,250 sq.m of built-up area.
Project study 02
The architectural concept embraces a contemporary interpretation of organic forms, integrating fluid geometries, natural materials, layered textures, and soft transitions between indoor and outdoor spaces. The design seeks to create a harmonious relationship between the built environment and its tropical setting, while introducing a refined and modern identity that feels both sophisticated and naturally rooted.
Project study 03
Carefully considered spatial planning, landscape integration, and materiality create a sequence of welcoming guest experiences, from arrival and communal spaces to private accommodation and leisure areas. The result is a resort environment that combines contemporary elegance with the warmth and informality of tropical living.
